All merchandise sales (stickers, T-shirts, and hoodies) directly support the mission of Big Bear Roots Foundation.

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS only.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after purchase.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and UPS service, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after processing.

• Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or natural disasters).

• Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at bigbearroots@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist.
